Once your visa application has been submitted to the visa section, received a receipt, and payment has been made to the bank, we cannot provide a refund.
If you cancel your visa application before we submit it to immigration, a refund is possible. However, please note that a 10% administration fee will be deducted.
Refunds will only be transferred to the account number originally assigned to us during the application process.
Your refund request will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your email request.
